The breakfast offered many choices and it was free for my children. The room was large enough for two adults and one child. Boxpark and the Troubadour were easy to reach from this location.
The bathroom door was split glass , made noise. It also did not offer much privacy.

I find this hotel very clean. the room was spacious, and the lighting are great too. i also appreciate the comfy bed and pillows. I had a really good sleep.
the glass doors in the bathroom wasnt ideal. it was hard to shut those doors. also, the walk in shower didnt had a rain shower.

inconsistent servicedirty surfaces
I had some issues. the bar service felt inconsistent. One bar man seemed much friendlier to other guests than to me. also, the room wasn't as clean as i expected. the fridge had crumbs and stains, and the surfaces seemed dusty. i found that pretty disappointing.

i found the staff to be helpful. location proves great for event access. the room had a good size and included tea, coffee. free water. THE shower had strong pressure and the bed felt very comfy.
the air conditioning unit was not able to cool the room effectively. opening the window ended UP providing a better solution.

the hotel organized a better room for US upon check-in. reception staff, including yahaea, provided assistance with check-in and room adjustments. THE staff was helpful in addressing issues with room access and other requests.
